Pop-up ads on https://ecouchtuner.eu/ make it through Shields ad-block

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://ecouchtuner.eu/
2. Click on any show/movie to stream
3. Click Play (ads may display with other actions but this triggers the ads consistently)

Actual result: Ad is displayed

Expected result: No ads
