Description:

Tapping on YouTube video thumbnails does not play the videos.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Open YouTube
3. Tap any video thumbnail > Observe

Actual result:

Tapping on YouTube video thumbnails does not play the videos. Instead tapping on the title is launching the video.

• The same behavior was observed with Shields ON and OFF.
• The issue is not reproducible in Chrome on the same device.
• The issue is not reproducible on iPhone (Mobile and Desktop website)

Expected result:

YouTube videos must be playable by tapping a video thumbnail.

Hi @soner-yuksel

I observe the same behavior in Safari on iPad. To launch the video user needs to tap on the title, but not on the video thumbnail itself.
