2. Causes endless loading

Actual result: Causes endless loading

Expected result: Either show document, or quit after X attempts.

Brave Version: Tested in Brave release and Dev (1.41) 22.7.18.17

Device details: iPAD Pro 2

Website problems only:

• did you check with Brave Shields down? No affect
• did you check in Safari/Firefox (WkWebView-based browsers)? Both browsers attempt to load and fail, and will exit.

Additional Information

Loading the CSV, should stop loading after x attempts.
