Add ability to import bookmarks / profile automatically during first launch

Description

Companies wishing to switch to Brave don't currently have an automated way to import bookmarks from another browser after installing Brave

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have a network with multiple machines running Chrome/Firefox/etc
  2. Write a script to download/install Brave
  3. Notice there's no automated way to import your profile from the other browser. User would need to pick this manually
