Add Adguard lists to Brave (due to Easylist / Fanboy consistently breaking sites)

Both Easylist and Fanboy consistently break site from time to time. Whenever I test the same site with the equivalent Adguard filter, the site remains unbroken (prime example being vkmag.com, but there are more).

- Easylist Cookies and Fanboy Annoyances both make it impossible to play video
- Adguard filters let the site work

Miscellaneous Information:
I know the kneejerk response will be "just open issues against the relevant lists", but after a while that gets tiresome and very annoying on mobile. Especially when the alternative (Adguard lists) "just works" with lists that are better maintained.
AdGuard even include easylist by default in AdGuard Base Filter. AdGuard lists sometimes also break some sites too, if you find a website breakage just report in Easylist repo on GitHub or Brave Community, The maintainers will fix it!
@ChowMein47 yeah, no. I have multiple reports open on Easylist of site breakage, some of them months old without ever being fixed. Meanwhile Adguard's lists work perfectly.
@ahydronous I suggest you to report it via Brave community for quick fixing. I always got quick response when i report it in Brave community
@rebron this is still an issue. Easylist still hasn't fixed the particular site.
In general it seems these days Easylist / Fanboy is much more poorly maintained than Adguard, and I've noticed that as time goes on more and more Brave lists are getting switched to Adguard, so it might be a good UX improvement to just go all-in and mostly use Adguard lists.
