Steps to Reproduce

1. install 1.64.72
2. launch Brave
3. open any page
4. open the sidebar
5. click on Leo
6. click on Summarize this page
7. click on Accept and begin
8. keep using Leo until you hit the Response rate limit reached dialog
9. look at the text under Explore different AI models

Actual result:

It's missing its ending .

This issue is observed on Android on the Response rate limit reached screen only, but on iOS the same is observed on both the Response rate limit reached and Leo Premium upgrade screen.

Removing iOS from the above and created https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/38022 as iOS resolved the issue via https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/23129. The above will be used for Desktop & Android.
