Bookmarks cannot be synchronized with iCloud desktop

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install iCloud for windows
2. Install the iCloud Bookmarks extension
3. Turn on iCloud bookmarks in iCloud settings

Actual result:

It has always been this prompt, and iCloud bookmarks have not been synchronized to the brave browser

Expected result:

I tried it on edge, google browser, and vavaldi browser, and it can be synchronized EDGE:
