Description

The UI strings in WebTorrent are not localized at all and always display in English

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change the language the browser is displayed in to something which isn't English
  2. Open a torrent (https://webtorrent.io/free-torrents for some free ones)

Actual result:

The torrent UI is in English

Expected result:

The torrent UI is in the same language as the rest of the browser.

Reproduces how often:

Every time.
