Add text indicating English language only on ads.brave.com product page, and potentially on signup flow
We're seeing signups come from non-English campaigns and would like to add copy on the product page stating we can only accept English language ads at this time.
In addition, we can add a section to the help center indicating accepted languages that Ad Ops can point to and add on as more languages become available.

Need to be mindful of adding, adding, adding. That's how you end up with a bloated landing page that fails to convert. We are already adding mention of BAT incentives and should not reflexively add to the landing page if the non-English sign ups are a symptom of a different issue.
- Are we running house ads outside of English speaking language countries?
- Can we make it more obvious during campaign creation?
- Can we limit ad delivery to English-only locations for now?
Are we running house ads outside of English speaking language countries?
No.
Can we make it more obvious during campaign creation?
We can put helper text in places indicating we only accept English at this time. @tackley indicated English detection may be difficult (IIRC) if someone uses unusual text. Perhaps there is a way of flagging text (without outright stopping or rejecting) when text seems like it doesn't look like English, and warning the advertiser if non-English creatives are submitted they will be rejected. Then, Ad Ops will review and accept or reject.
Can we limit ad delivery to English-only locations for now?
Presently, we do not have a way to target English-only locations.
We need to include a short sentence on the landing page that says:
Brave Ads Manager currently only accepts advertising campaigns in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages. Additional languages will be added in the future.
Localization and translation work underway on both and we have resources at ready for campaign intake as well.
It should be on the landing page so we minimize drop-off for advertisers that discover this deeper in the funnel.
Once again, strongly advise against landing page placement as it's a bad practice to use landing page as catchall for this type of notice. We should be giving people reasons to sign up, not reasons to not sign up.
If we need to tell them why they can't run ads, it should be after they've done the first step and gotten into the funnel, not before they at the very least create an account. This way, if their desired language isn't supported, we can message them in the future to announce new language support. Without their sign up, we cannot do that efficiently. Thus, my strong recommendation is for this to come as part of the welcome screen disclaimers.
Here is a dual proposal for two issues, this one, and that of the verbose welcome screen: https://github.com/brave/ads-ui/issues/1088
