Add seleisle.com to block google ad injection

Information

Google seem to have started using seleisle.com to inject ads in the search results.

For example, here is a basic request that I have seen google doing:

https://seleisle.com/script/ner.php?keyword=hello%20world

The keyword query would contain the search query, while also including some other queries such as timezone.

The output is the ads HTML that google uses to inject into the page.

Temporary solution

I have added ||seleisle.com to my custom filters for the time being, to get rid of these ads.

Hopefully, this is the correct place for me to bring this forward. I apologise if it isn't. If it's better that it got added to EasyList instead, I can go there and mention it to them.
