[Feature Request] Add a "simple mode" (maybe as default)

Hello,

at first: I was looking for an App in F-Droid to compress videos for months and finally I found your "Video Transcoder" - thank you so much! :smiley_cat:

However I have some proposals, here is the first one: The current UI is for advanced users. It would be great to provide a "simple mode" for less technical users (maybe shown as default) which provides just a button to compress the common mp4 files, maybe with a bar to adjust the outpuzt size but not more. The audience I would like to convince to use a FLOSS app is using Apps like this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pandavideocompressor (which provides just presets like "Small File", "Medium File", "Large File" and "Fit to Email").

However: A very great app, thank you again!
