Modifications required to Nextcloud 15.

Hi,

I just started testing nextnote. It looks very nice. I'm very looking forward to beta or production versions.

And I would like to write some modifications required to run nextnote on my environment (Nextcloud 15.0.2).

• Version check in appinfo/info.xml had to be modified to something like:

<nextcloud min-version="9" max-version="16"/>

• When the language is Japanese, tiny MCE's language file "js/vendor/tinymce/langs/ja_JP.js" is missing, so I sym-linked "ja.js" to it.

I wouldn't keep my hopes up, last real commit was in July 2018.

Nevertheless nextnote seems to work quite fine with nextcloud 15.0.5.
