I took a quick look at building the new RStudio-Server, but I've not yet completed the build. I've PR-ed the SOCI ec that I made in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/12045 but RStudio-Server fails...

I've set off a run with an increased `ulimit -n`. None of my tests have dependencies.
