No it is not possible, XCode uses custom frameworks which are only available on Apple operating systems so it isn't possible to compile an XCode project for Windows.

I'm sure I have ZERO inclination to believe you seeing how you created your account this month & have no repositories at all.
Even more, just showing "wow its in visual studio look at this" STILL needs you to have a Mac with XCode installed to compile it.
Ok I see now you said compile I did something different I used an ipa and signed it myself but you could put a Mac OS virtual machine on a usb and boot from it
