Cant open my disk! and there is "0mb" on it now?

Okey so ive tried shorten the pins and it works! i cant update or change the script inside via cmd! But i want to open up the usb on "my computer" but i cant! Keeps saying "insert disk E:". How can i fix this? i want to transferr some files onto my usb! is there a way to make it normal again? Help ty
