Add ability to record audio samples in-app

Implement a way to record audio from the user's microphone, or an audio source of their choosing.

Ensure there's a way to preview the recorded audio and confirm or re-record if necessary.

Give the user an option to save the file locally, or save it to remote storage. Ensure the user is intentionally uploading to remote storage to save on unnecessary uploads.
