Add pitch shifting options in PianoRoll

Add two checkboxes that add additional behavior to the 🔼 🔽 buttons in the PianoRoll component

• One option should pitch shift the currently viewable notes up or down (if notes currently exist in the slot, they are overwritten/ignored)
• One option should pitch shift ALL notes up or down

Only one option should be selectable at a time, and it should deselect after one shift up or down
