Adds a dynamically created configurable gradient to the background of an element without the use of images.
This plugin is in desperate need of an overhaul. It should use more modern techniques when it can. Currently it just creates a ton of divs and that can be a drag.

The gradient plugin is dual licensed (just like jQuery) under the MIT and GPL licenses.
