Update {find+} to support manifest v3

Is {find+} going to be updated to support manifest v3? The chrome extension store is giving a "soon to no longer be supported" warning message.

Migration to V3 completed in #422, slated for release in 2.2.3.

In case someone finds this issue before the v2.2.3 release, you can always install it manually in the meantime. Indeed, since #422 was merged, you can already build the extension and install it in developer mode.

I've built the extension and left some instructions here if anyone is interested.
