Custom Select component for web

I'm working on making a custom Select component that is customizable and ADA compliant for web. Lots of select libraries out there, but all of them have a flaw one way or another when it comes to ADA which is why we are rolling our own solution. The closest thing I see in flagship is a selector, which is more native than web.

Is this something that would be useful to have in Flagship? It would be a web only component which is my main question, but it could fit under the Selector component to reduce redundancy.
