Add grafana notifier configuration item

Any idea when this will get merged in ? I'm Desperatly in the need of the feature :D

Not sure when it will be merged or if it should be merged at all. It seems very specific to one setup and might be just the right use case for jsonnet where you can individually extend the manifests to include the configuration you need. It's a good example on how to do it though.

In my opinion, grafana notifier configuration is optional, so I refer to the writing of grafana config to make jsonnet. And I think as an alarm function, grafana notifier should be able to be set by the user, which is the missing feature of this project.
