Yes! I think the troubleshooting guide is a great place because that's most likely what people look at when they encounter this.
We intentionally setup Grafana in a stateless way, where all of Grafana is provisioned via configuration files managed via version control. That's the opinionated way how we choose to deploy...
I agree with @coderanger that duplicating is in fact the correct strategy here, I don't want to expose a field that enables an anti-pattern.
@simonpasquier I think we should focus on the Prometheus improvements that are happening with checkpoints and snapshots on shutdown, so that won't be necessary.
You can always merge arbitrary customization to containers by specifying a container with the name "prometheus" in the "containers" field of the Prometheus custom resource, note this is an unsupported...
Are you asking for everything that makes up the kube-prometheus stack or specifically for the Prometheus/Alertmanager custom resources? If just the latter, you can find how to specify the imagePullSecret...
