Can't get the authorization code recently and the support from lazada has not responded my ticket from almost 10 days.

Anyone can get the authorization code recently ? The authorization code just return with null in the beginning of the string. And if I tried to get the access token by quick mode. It always say "user info not exists" . Which I used to get the access token this way.
