Unclear Country

Before I even talk about the issue, I want to apologize if you do not want to work on this project any longer and I don't whatsoever expect you to fix it if you don't care; this issue was just opened if you still want to work on it.

The actual issue, though, is referring to an enigmatic blob of a country attached here.

I spent quite a long time trying to identify what the country was supposed to be, and came up short. Looks very unlike any country in a similar size range and the shape is unlike any country I've ever heard of. Whether it's misshapen or doesn't actually map to anything, I just figured I may as well mention it here. Once again, sorry if this is a waste of your time.
