Visibility Feature of Cards not working in Swipe Card

Hi,

i wanted to make a status card which shows open windows, turned on motion sensors etc. The card itself shouldn't be shown if there are no active entities so i wanted to use the new visibility feature of HA.

The same condition works great in a vertical or horizontal stack but not on the swipe card. Could you fix that?
