我想通过niva构建一个应用。这个应用本身能打包出新的niva应用。我第一步想的应该比较好实现。我生成一个niva项目到一个目录那边。第二步我在这个目录进行打包。问题就发现了，我没有类似cli的命令进行打包。所以我认为是不是考虑增加一个cli程序来实现，就像主流框架都有的那样vue，有vue-cli. 创建项目可以vue create my-project。当然这是我初步的想法。
