Forgot to add the settings page for w3host his custom settings

Updated sensors for HomeAssistant 2022.2

• Removed last_reset_topic
• Removed last_reset_value_template
• Update state_classes
• Added Gas Fix

In link you removed from esp8266-dsmr.ino : //mqttPublisher.publish(measurement.name + "/reset", "1970-01-01T00:00:00+00:00", true);

I assume this is not needed either.
