em-resolv-replace may not be loaded correctly

After observing what we think are DNS timeouts, it looks like Big Brother may not load em-resolve-replace correctly. According to the docs:

.. you need to require 'resolv' and 'resolve-replace' before requiring 'em-resolv-replace'.

Need to verify and test em-resolv-replace is actually working, if possible.
