'Silent' does not work for some mobs
It only seems to affect some mobs? For example bee and warden both have the problem but the creeper doesn't
Reenabled the toggle option to test and it plays either way.

Hello, I do use the bee as a pet, and the silence proprieties were working fine. But since a couple of days / 1 -2 weeks max, the sounds are back. The Bee is making sound especially when riding it, and the creeper doesn't make any sound. I updated paper to the newest version and it's the issue is still happening.
PS: I have another plugin that I have kind of the same bug, https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/silence-mobs.75749/ , and the villagers started back to make noise.
I'm in touch with him the developer, and I'll point this issue to him right away. I don't know, the problems are probably related since they happened at the same.
