A gray page with endless loading is displayed while editing elementor.
Same here. It was working fine a few minutes ago.
Hi @Shinig4mi @resahar, We have already fixed this issue in version 1.6.33. Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin once, and check if the issue is resolved. The current plugin version is 1.6.34. Update the EHFB plugin to the latest version to resolve the issue. Let us know if the issue is resolved. Thanks for understanding!
Hello, @vijetaR Thanks for your reply. I am using the latest version and I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but the issue remains the same. I hope the issue will be fixed soon. Have a great day.
Hi @Shinig4mi, thank you for bringing up the issue you encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Ya I have the same problem. The temp solution that worked for me was duplicate the header or footer you have created. Then edit it in Elementor and trash the old one. Then it loads but you have to do this for every edit you do if you close the screen you are editing. I have it happening on multiple sites on different servers all on the latest version, so it has to be the current version.
I have the same issue, I can't edit the modules created with EHFB. I have the latest version, 1.6.35. I have also tried activating and deactivating the plugin, but it didn't work
I'm experiencing the same issue, any update?
Hi, If you encounter issues with the Elementor – Header Footer & Block Template plugins, such as loading problems or editing difficulties, try the following steps:
- Deactivate and reactivate the HFE plugin.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme and then switch back to your current theme.
- Try flushing WordPress permalinks.
- Remove HFE plugin and reinstall it.
If you have low memory due to plugins, increase the WordPress memory limit to at least 256M or up to 512M by editing the wp-config.php file. Also, deactivate unused widgets from Elementor Addons plugins to reduce server requests and memory usage. Let us know how it goes.
This is still an issue after the latest update. The editor will not load and it leaves the existing footer logo with a missing file icon on the live site. Any ETA on update/fix? I deactivated and reactivated plugin. All other plugins are up to date.
Thanks for your help and time!
Hello, The same bug is back. Help! Thanks
Latest update, the bug is still there.
Latest update, the bug is still there.
Agreed. It's still an issue after the most recent update.
Hello @ everyone, ( @Syphercode-One , @levantail , @Shinig4mi )
Thank you for reporting this issue. We’re currently investigating it but haven’t been able to replicate it on our end.
For some users, the issue has been resolved by either flushing permalinks or deactivating and reactivating the plugin, which suggests it may be related to caching.
If the problem persists for you, please open a support ticket here so we can gather more information and troubleshoot further. Your input will help us resolve this as quickly as possible.
A new instance of this issue has emerged with the current version 3.24.6 of Elementor when used alongside version 1.6.42 of the HFE plugin. However, version 1.6.41 works perfectly fine.
Keep up the great work, and thank you for your efforts!
Thanks @Christoqh - I confirmed that reversing back to 1.6.41 solved the issue... I spent 1h to figure out until I noticed your comment... LOL!
