How to add users to an existing group?

redshift_group is creating newgroup.

Is there anyway to add users to an existing group?

Like this below code I got from some page but not working.

resource "aws_redshift_group_membership" "example" {
  group_name = "my-redshift-group"
  users      = ["user1", "user2"]
}

Hi, there is no separate resource to manage just the group membership. The best, for now, would be to import an existing group to terraform using the terraform import command.
