[ENH] Testing of new branch development for local conversion possible?

Dear EZBids team,

it's great to see the updates regarding local conversion:

We had some questions regarding this:

1. Can we test this already as a local install now? We have been having so many issue with docker/apptainer here.
2. Are the newer developments we added for PET in https://github.com/openneuropet/ezbids_docker included? Or should be try and make a PR to this new local branch?

It's not clear to me from reading this issue and the branch name you linked above @melanieganz what has been added to support local conversion. Am I mixing this up with switching over using the web assembly version of dcm2niix and running ezBIDS completely in the browser?

Speaking to our fork here https://github.com/openneuropet/ezbids_docker, we've reduced the variability of the docker build steps, added a few bug fixes, and fully support ssl with nginx and local deployment via docker compose. As Melanie mentioned, efforts with singularity haven't been fully successful, but I think that's point moot as we can only serve so many configurations with this.

Sorry, for the confusion, I thought I had found the correct branch for running ezBIDS completely in the browser. Can @anibalsolon maybe comment on this, please?
