Menu arrow and new user problem

Hi, I used Python 3.11 and downloaded sourceCode and I get below errors; When I tried to create a new user; 2023-05-30 13 33 11

The menu arrow are not shown, 2023-05-30 13 32 14

I will be grateful if you could help me Thanks
