Remove separation between HTTP GET response headers and first version's headers

This issue was raised during meeting 6. This change will cause errors if we send a top level Content-Length header in a response, because the client will assume that will frame the entire response.

We might still be able to do this, but we should discuss it after #97 has been resolved - which is out of scope for milestone 03.
