Error on secondary use

I'm using updates on the second time, and it's closing after delay within few minutes on last stage (reloading base and deleting old rules) but working fine on the first time usage. And yes I try first to delete old rules manually but the same error. Ubuntu 20.04 x64

Apologies for the late response. Somehow missed it. I've seen this happen with machines with low memory. Let me know if that is also the case here. I'll then try to reproduce it on a similar machine.
