Import from Leumi is failing due to login page changes. Can be fixed by updating israeli-bank-scrapers version

When trying to import from Leumi, it fails in the login page since it can't find the selector #wtr_uid. I see that Israeli-bank-scrapers just did a fix for the latest breaking changes in the login page, including this: https://github.com/eshaham/israeli-bank-scrapers/commit/962e0b40d545b6f48035b5e1826826dc6e91647a

So I believe just re-building and using the latest version of Israeli-bank-scrapers should do the trick.

Tested the branch of the fix, and it seems there's another issue (in israeli-bank-scrapers). Posted the issue there: https://github.com/eshaham/israeli-bank-scrapers/issues/722#issue-1379176160
