Update tracker-proxy

Thanks for your great plugin.

There have been many changes in the last months to the proxy script that have made it more GDPR compliant (Forward DNT, forward opt-out cookie, allow embedding the opt-out iFrame).

It would be great if you could integrate those changes in WP-Matomo as I think many people are using the plugin.

Yes, the proxy script will be updated with the next release.

@braekling: +1, the proxy script by this plugin doesn't work at all currently: See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/built-in-tracker-proxy/. The browser is unable to download the file /app/plugins/wp-piwik/proxy/matomo.js, which seems to be a proxy related JavaScript.
