Missing scroolbar when limiting lines

Expected Behavior

When limiting lines viewed - I'd expect a scrollbar to view the rest

Current Behavior

You get to see the, say, 25 lines you've selected - but no scrollbar to get to the rest

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Hust limit the number of lines on a long gist

Context

goal is to show the start of a very long gist in my blog but to be able to see and copy the lot if wanted

I'm on a PC looking at my hosted Wordpress site.
