Add Cloudfront/CDN Support

Hey Bradley, love the plugin. We're using it on a site and it's done magic for us. I only have a question-petition. Is there any way to add Cloudfront compatibility? If I recall correctly, django-storages has a built-in AWS_S3_CUSTOM_DOMAIN = 'cdn.mydomain.com param.

Is there any way to support this in s3direct?
