Is there a way to incorporate this in to a python script with

"import chemtype2 x=image2smiles(r'pathtoimage') print(x)"

or some thing similar?

I managed to change the commands to python3 commands but the code only returns rows of "0.0" when I run the chemtype.py script in my editor.

How can I enter the path to my .png and get the SMILES?
