I think it might be worth adding a note to something of that effect? "Greater than X and the upper limit of what is packaged by Y, Z distros"?

@apguan I'd say, "yes," but not "fully working" in the sense that things like E2E encryption are dependent on runtime requirements that are difficult/impossible to manage reasonably in the RN...
