ImportJSON stopped working

I tried today and it's Error Loading data…

I used version 1.5

Test: =ImportJSON("http://date.jsontest.com", "/date", "noInherit, noTruncate")

I think this error from Google Sheet, not from the function itself. Is Google change anything? Or maybe I did something wrong?

Idk how did you make this shit work, for me only single argument doesn't throw an error
