Stream per container, rather than per host?

Is it possible to log each container on a host to a different log stream?

@zaclang Hey Zac, I'm very sorry for the slow reply. Anything is possible, but this adapter doesn't support this feature at the moment. If you're up for implementing the feature, I'd happily welcome a pull request.
