Chapter 2: Use of 'that' can be avoided

has a somewhat smoother flow when 'that' is removed, like so:

It is at the page stage ~~that~~ we’re able to take a look at...

In my (limited) experience, the use of 'that' in a sentence as above can almost always be avoided for a smoother reading.
