Images not transforming correctly

For some reason images gets odd results when I try to alter them https://imgur.com/a/Q4wO3j9 Any ideas as to why? I use the pre-trained model with tensorflow CPU edition

Edit: I have an Intel Movidius NCS at home, can that be used to process or is it just used for training? I was thinking if the CPU was the one causing the problem

Maybe he updated the pre-trained model and something got messed up with it? Just my guess

@Martan404 I also had a similar experience on my CPU with the pre-trained model.

Same result. Maybe the LR images downsampled using bicubic are not applicable here?
