Various issues with comments display

• There is some weird padding to the left of commenters' names.
• All comment replies are flagged as being replies by the top-level commenter (non-default option, Settings > Comments > Highlight top-level comment OPs)

Images in comments show up as a small square that cannot be clicked. There will probably need to be longer discussion about how to handle inline images, since Slide did not ever render them, but for now displaying them as a link is probably the best choice. Because Markdown formatting for images supports alt text, perhaps that could be shown, or [image] if no alt text exists?

This is actually something I'll have to have a more involved look into, I was aware of it of course, but I think the result will be rewriting the UI component here, likely. I do intend to to that anyway so I've just been putting it off for now
