Various issues with the "filter" option

Slide version: 0.0.2 Android version: 11

Firstly, community names are still prepended with "/r/" in the filter menu. You also can't tell what instance they're on (an issue for post listings as well, really.)

Secondly, trying to filter anything crashes the app.
