Unnecessary Assignment Warning in Simulation Configuration Pane

When loading a fully build simulation configuration, with a matching global configuration, and looking at task resource assignment, the following warning appears: "Warning: The resource type of this assignment does not appear in the current global configuration file." although the resource is defined in the global configuration.

I would expect the message not to show falsely.
