Finishing inclusive gateways

Another type of gateways that is simply missing (even though there seems to be an unfinished project inside the engine), the i-gateway is a mixture of x- and parallel gateway. As long as not all started branches have reached the mandatory join, all branches whose conditions are fulfilled, can be started.
