How do I set the credentials for the trun server?

Same question here. It seems that all of the coturn options are available via CLI in addition to turnserver.conf.

I think the easiest way to get this functionality will be to update turnserver.sh to pass config via args instead of maintaining turnserver.conf.

Would a PR like this be useful? Does it need to support the existing environment variable names?
